DARKER SIDE OF THE MOON with LAURA MOON & BECKY RAY
From 2006 to 2011, Becky Ray and Laura Moon took to the airwaves—virtually—to host a lively, LIVE-streamed radio show dedicated to sharing intriguing ideas and stories with fellow enthusiasts. We kicked things off exploring the paranormal, chatting with authors, actors, and experts from the supernatural realm—think ghosts, monsters, and all things eerie.
As the paranormal scene exploded with new shows, we shifted gears to focus on horror. Our interviews grew to include directors, actors, musicians, and writers—delighting fans with behind-the-scenes insights and spooky tales. But as much fun as that was, we felt a calling to share a wider array of weirdness with our audience.
And so, “Weird News” was born! Our show became a playground for the bizarre, the strange, and the downright hilarious—stories about funny animals, criminal masterminds, international inventions, bizarre facts, and sightings that defy explanation. We loved sharing the oddities of the world with listeners eager for more than just politics and reality TV.
Tragically, we lost Laura Moon too soon to cancer, but the spirit of curiosity and fun we shared lives on!
